1. Avoid stress as much as you can.
2. Stay out of the sun/ protect your skin with UV blockers every single day.
3. Don't smoke.
4. Drink lots of water. ( 8 glasses per day)
5. Get plenty of sleep. ( at least 7 hours per day)
6. Be sure to clean your skin properly.
7. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
