Potato is fattening



Prof Wahlqvist said that previously the concept of slimming is to stop eating all foods that are rich in carbohydrates, such as rice and potato. However, he noted that carbohydrates are in fact not as "damaging" as fat.
He said if people do not eat too much of foods that are rich in carbohydrates, they will not grow fat easily.
* try not to add sour cream on potatoes because it's much fattening.
